Bucks County State Representative charged with DUI

    Pa. State Rep. John Galloway, D-Bucks County, was arrested in Harrisburg about 2 a.m. today on DUI charges. The Associated Press reported Harrisburg Police arrested Galloway around 2 a.m.

    Auhtorities say Galloway ran a stop sign, failed a sobriety test and refused a breath test. The state represenative told police he had been returning from the Capitol Complex. Galloway represents Bristol, Falls, Morrisville and Tullytown.
