Biking tale

Price’s Corner resident Amy Wilburn is chair of the Delaware Bicycle Council. About twice a week, she leaves her car at home and bikes the seven miles to her office in downtown Wilmington. Wilburn let us tag along to show us what it takes … and what she sees along the way.
