GlaxoSmithKline donates $5 million to Philly

    The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Mayor Michael Nutter got a nice surprise yesterday.

    The chief executive of GlaxoSmithKline announced a no-strings-attached $5 million donation to the city of Philadelphia.

    Why? For the kids.
