Residents in Northeast Philadelphia reported hearing a loud explosion last night around 10:00 pm, reports Philly.com. Some who witnessed the event reported that the ground shook when they heard the blast. Despite numerous reports and a robust emergency response, emergency workers were unable to find any damage or evidence of the blast.
