Biden will deliver UPenn commencement address

    Vice President Joe Biden will be in Philly at least once this spring; the veep will be deliver the University of Pennsylvania commencement address.

    It’s the first time ever that a sitting vice president will speak to graduates, according to the Daily Penn, but it won’t be Biden’s first address at the school.He spoke to the School of Social Policy & Practice’s commencement in 2010 when his daughter got her degree.

    Commencement is scheduled for May 13, and as is tradition, Biden will be given an honorary degree; He’ll be a Doctor of Laws.
