Philly students get fit with ‘Let’s Move’
Hundreds of students in the Philadelphia School District are participating in National Physical Education and Sports Week. “Let’s Move in School,” this year’s theme, stresses the importance of exercise in and out of the classroom and the importance of becoming physically active for life. Eighth grade students at Spring Garden Elementary in Philly took part in the “Let’s Move in Schools” campaign sponsored by the “Beyonce Dance” celebration.
