As Council prepares to vote, check out the public’s thoughts on Philadelphia redistricting

    Should the 1st Council District stay waterfront-based, or move to the Far Northeast? Is it better if the 4th District maintains that Pac-man shape, or shrinks to a more manageable size?

    These are some of the questions the public answered when NewsWorks, along with the Daily News Editorial Board, Azavea, Philly.com and the Penn Project for Civic Engagement offered up the chance to redraw Philadelphia’s council districts.

     

    City Council is going to do it; you may as well drop in your two cents.
