Philadelphia’s Gun Violence Task Force announced today it’s arrest 18 people. District Attorney Seth Williams, Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey and Pa. Attorney General Tom Corbett made the announcement, citing trafficking and other firearms offenses.

    Since its 2006 inception, the Task Force has arrested 521 people, seized 1,006 firearms and opened 1,623 investigations into the illegal transfer of firearms.
