Another view

Kensington’s been getting some bad press these days, what with the so-called “Kensington Strangler” on the loose. But PhiladelphiaSpeaks member “InYourVacancies” reminds us of the best part of Philadelphia: Neighborhoods, no matter their problems, people and perceptions, are all part of the city as a whole. The picture InYourVacancies posted couldn’t some that up better.
