Americans’ conversation on race

Last year, in a speech at the Justice Department, attorney general Eric Holder called Americans cowards when it comes to talking honestly about race, saying the average American doesn’t talk about race.

In this hour of Radio Times, host Marty Moss-Coane will talk with two scholars — John L. Jackson of the University of Pennsylvania and Melissa Harris-Perry of Princeton — whose research and writing focuses on race in America. You can listen live on 91 FM at 10 a.m.
