Amendment considered to parking ticket bill, students get financial literacy lesson

    Tom MacDonald is in City Council today where members are discussing an amendment to a bill that would make fighting parking tickets a little more bearable.

    Emma Jacobs is heading over to the Philadelphia Stock Exchange where City Controller Alan Butkovitz is hosting a career day for high schoolers. We’ll find out what teenagers are expected to learn from the financial literacy workshop.
