Additional train parking added in Newark
100 new parking spots are being added to current parking area next to the Newark train station.
The spots will be available beginning Monday. DART made the announcement saying the expansion should help an increase in SEPTA commuter traffic. It also sees the growth as a tie in to an eventual transit hub in the area around the old Chrysler site now run by the University of Delaware.
