    Report Tom MacDonald is at City Hall where Mayor Michael Nutter, William Penn Foundation President Feather Houstoun and Delaware River Waterfront Corporation President Tom Corcoran have announced plans for Delaware waterfront development.

    Tom reports: “A $5 million dollar. grant from the William Penn Foundation is being used to improve access to the riverfront. The project will include improving access to the river at Race Street, which includes greening, adding a bike lane and installing a, LED sign to show the way. The project is all part of an effort that will include parks along the river that will eventually be connected together and to surrounding neighborhoods.”
