University City Review: Public Meeting for Powelton Village Neighborhood Plan

The University City District has reported that residents and visitors of Powelton Village are invited to a public meeting to view the preliminary recommendations of the Powelton Village Neighborhood Plan. The meeting will be held on September 22 at 7:00pm at the Community Education Center, 3500 Lancaster Avenue.
We are informed that attendees will be asked to view and discuss proposed plans and development scenarios, which include uses for vacant lots and buildings, such as the Drexel parking lot at 34th and Lancaster Avenue and the intersection of 31st and Spring Garden Streets.
