39th Police District: Where full-length fur coats get stolen at the club

Dec. 30, 2011

3300 block Creswell St. – 19-inch LCD TV and a handgun were stolen from the property.

3400 block Tilden St. – 1998 Honda Civic stolen.

4100 block Ridge Ave. – Complainant said two women robbed him at gunpoint. Offenders ran off with complainant’s cell phone.

3700 block Blabon St. – A 2004 Mercedes Benz was set on fire. Incident was deemed arson.

4000 block Nice St. – Complainant said her brother punched the glass window in her front door, causing the glass and his hand to strike her face. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

1800 block W. Westmoreland St. – Complainant said a man robbed her at gunpoint. Offender ran off with complainant’s wallet, $600 and various IDs.

3600 block N. 19th St. – 1997 Honda Accord stolen.

4500 block Germantown Ave. – Two rolls of copper wire were stolen from a SEPTA lot.

1500 block Lehigh Ave. – Complainant said a man robbed her at gunpoint. Complainant handed the offender her bank card and gave him the pin number. The man left with an unknown amount of cash.

Dec. 31, 2011

1900 block W. Westmoreland Ave. – Complainant said he was shot in his left thigh. The shots were fired after he passed two or three men on the street. Complainant was taken to hospital.

Jan. 1, 2012

5500 block Wissahickon Ave. – Laptop stolen from the property.

1400 block W. Tioga St. – 2000 block Dodge Caravan stolen.

4000 block Germantown Ave. – Complainant said a man intentionally rammed him with his vehicle.

3100 block N. 16th St. – Complainant said he was shot in his left leg after hearing four gunshots. Complainant said he did not see who shot him. Passerby said an unknown vehicle sped off from the location. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

2400 block W. Somerset St. – Complainant said a woman ran her over after she was attacked outside of a car. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

Jan. 2, 2012

2200 block W. Cambria St. – Complainant said two men robbed him at knife point. Offenders ran off with $200.

2100 block W. Somerset St. – Complainant said a man robbed him at the location. Offender ran off with complainant’s wallet and photo ID after he punched the complainant in the face. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

5100 block Wissahickon Ave. – Complainant said an unknown offender punched him repeatedly after he tried to break up a fight between his sister and her boyfriend. Complainant said offender had a small, crowbar-like object in his hand when he struck him.

3200 block N. Sydenham St. – Water meter and copper pipes were stolen from the property.

3400 block N. Sydenham St. – Two laptop computers were stolen from the property.

Jan. 3, 2012

3300 block Henry Ave. – 350 MCM wires, four batteries and chargers stolen from the property.

5700 block Wayne Ave. – Complainant said a woman pepper sprayed him in the face and eyes during a dispute with three women on a SEPTA bus. Offenders fled. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

5000 block Erringer Place – Handgun was stolen from the property.

4600 block Wayne Ave. – HP laptop stolen from the property.

1700 block W. Westmoreland St. – Complainant said a man robbed him at the location. Offender punched complainant before running off with a laptop, $20 and a red bag.

1500 block W. Erie Ave. – Complainant said his girlfriend bit his lip and attempted to hit him with a car. Offender didn’t strike complainant, but did hit another car. Offender was arrested.

2100 block W. Venango St. – Baby monitor with camera, 42-inch HDTV, Blu-Ray player and a desktop computer stolen from the property.

2800 block N. Opal St. – Six lights and a dehumidifier were stolen from the property.

Jan. 4, 2012

4800 block Greene St. – Pistol stolen from the property between 4 p.m. June 1 and 4:30 p.m. June 15.

200 block W. Chelten Ave. – Full-length fur coat stolen from a night club at the location.

3500 block N. 15th St. – 54-inch LG HDTV, 32-inch LG HDTV, Nikon digital camera, Wii game system, four controllers and a tan Gucci purse were stolen from the property.

2800 block N. 26th St. – 2008 Chevy Impala stolen.

1800 block W. Allegheny Ave. – A car was set on fire. The incident was deemed arson.

Jan. 5, 2012

2200 block W. Tioga St. – PS3, Dell laptop, six jackets, four packs of cigarettes, boots and $440 stolen from the property.

2700 block W. Silver St. – Complainant said a bullet fragment came through a second floor window.

3100 block N. Bancroft St. – 19-inch television, clothes and a computer monitor were stolen from the property.
