News from the Director’s desk, May 3
May 3
Dear PlanPhilly member,
This coming Monday morning, Penn Praxis will update the Central Delaware Advisory Group on progress in the planning process. We will present ideas developing around an evolving open space network, improved street and transportation systems, and land-use guidelines. We will also discuss work on possible Girard Avenue interchange improvements for connectivity and public access.
We will also continue the discussion of design and development guidelines for the waterfront. We expect for these guidelines to ultimately be incorporated into the civic vision and will lay a foundation for project review both at the city and community level. A powerpoint presentation and the agenda for the meeting, which starts at 8 a.m. and is open to the public, will be available Friday on http://www.planphilly.com
