‘We’re all on the clock here’: UC Townhomes residents have no plans to end encampment soon

The Gather Food Hall and Bar will open on the ground floor of the Bulletin Building, the historic former home of the Philadelphia Bulletin newspaper.

Further action is pending disciplinary investigations by Penn's Center for Community Standards and Accountability, a Penn spokesperson said.

The settlement will bring new affordable housing to the site and provide money to displaced residents.
