West Philly is home to the first U.S. ice skating rink built by and for a Black community — and this week it turned 36

Local Black history event honored 600 Black boys and men during its 14th annual Raising Kings conference.

Among the victims were elite skaters who skated with clubs in Philadelphia and Aston and at the University of Delaware. A Delaware coach is also among the victims.

The Philly entrepreneurs are building a network of coffee farmers across the African diaspora to build more Black wealth.
