School Board changes its mind; votes yes on Hilco refinery redevelopment tax break

The state Department of Environmental Protection found Energy Transfer broke state law with the leak.

The initiative is part of a regional network known as Circuit Trails, which aims to connect more than 800 miles of trails across Pennsylvania and New Jersey by 2040.

Part of ReadyPhiladelphia, the new alert system will provide specific warnings about possible and ongoing flooding in the neighborhood.
