Two 18-year-olds charged in mass shooting at SEPTA bus stop

Nine people were shot just after 2 a.m. Sunday during what officials called an illegal block party on North Alden Street in West Philadelphia.

District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer alleges Rosado-Ruiz “took out his anger” on his colleagues, two of whom were killed.

The incident outside Jacks Bar just off the intersection of Kensington and Allegheny sent nine people to the hospital.
