Trenton’s Route 29 Boulevard Project takes a step forward

Trenton gets a $4 million grant to buy the former Trenton Marriott building. The plan is to redevelop the property and open a new hotel.

Part of ReadyPhiladelphia, the new alert system will provide specific warnings about possible and ongoing flooding in the neighborhood.

The states will use the funding to remove toxic chemicals, remove lead pipes and upgrade sewer and stormwater infrastructure.
