Marijuana dispensaries push back against Philly’s recreational zoning ban

Mayor Cherelle Parker said it’s about balancing the city’s books during a time of financial uncertainty while offering some relief to businesses.

The commission is recommending sweeping changes that would reduce taxes on employees and significantly cut business taxes.
