Gov. Shapiro, House Democrats pressure Senate Republicans to greenlight gun reform bills

Pennsylvania Gun Rights sent a letter to Delco officials in March calling the ordinance a violation of the Constitution and threatening legal action if adopted.

If the ordinance passes, Delaware County would join a growing number of communities in Pennsylvania who have made ghost guns illegal.

Michael Doweary, Chester’s state-appointed receiver, reserved his right to recoup the "unauthorized" salary payments.
