Delco wants to acquire Don Guanella property via eminent domain for use as a park

The Delaware County Redevelopment Authority, which will manage the new land bank, released guidelines and is soliciting comments from the public.

Developer Anthony Fullard has access to the site, but hasn’t been selected to purchase the property from the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation.

After a community feedback session, Delaware County officials are still marching forward with plans of opening the county’s largest park.
