Delco Rep. Margo Davidson resigns after being charged with stealing from state

Pennsylvania Gun Rights sent a letter to Delco officials in March calling the ordinance a violation of the Constitution and threatening legal action if adopted.

No matter the result, the Senate will remain comfortably in Republican control.

If the ordinance passes, Delaware County would join a growing number of communities in Pennsylvania who have made ghost guns illegal.
