Aramark workers at Citizens Bank Park vote to authorize a strike

Just before the first pitch at Citizens Bank Park, the union representing stadium-food service workers announced a tentative agreement with Aramark.

District 33 represents at least 9,000 mostly blue-collar employees, including sanitation workers.

Local ILA president Boise Butler said workers want a fair contract that doesn’t allow automation of their jobs.
