The PPA is cracking down on sidewalk parking in Philadelphia

A 20-inch broken water main occurred on the 1100 block of North 4th Street early Sunday afternoon.

Dozens of consumers have complained that they haven't received a PECO bill in many months. Some have been waiting up to six months for their bills.

If the mayor signs it into law, violators would be fined $125 in Center City and University City, and $75 in other neighborhoods.
