More than 100 Philly rentals don’t have heat during the holidays, records show

Locust Towers apartment tenants say they don’t understand why they don’t have heat this winter and that their landlord is ignoring their complaints.

City leaders are touting 2024’s decline in gun violence, but they say more work needs to be done to improve those numbers further.

The goal is to extinguish trash fires before they get out of hand and offer a warm bed to the people responsible for starting them.
