ATF determines St. Leo’s fire was arson, offers reward money for information

The call came in around 5 p.m. Friday for flames showing on the 1400 block of South Front Street.

Air quality readings so far haven’t picked up any hazardous materials in the air.

The six-car train was traveling from Philadelphia to Wilmington when it caught fire around 6 p.m. Thursday near the Crum Lynne Station in Ridley Park.
