Cyclists end 700-mile commemorative journey at Independence Mall

Some 9/11 victims’ relatives have appealed to presidential candidates for accountability as the U.S. marks an anniversary laced with election-season politics.

“I don't think anyone should have to experience losing a loved one, or even just a neighbor, in this way,” said a rep for Families for Safe Streets Greater Philadelphia.

Philadelphia is called the Cradle of Liberty — and invites everyone to experience its history on Independence Day.
