Philadelphia officials declare Code Blue to help homeless population as freezing temps roll in

The New Jersey Forest Fire Service established a containment line behind several homes in the area of Bancroft Lane and Cove Court.

Rain becomes heavy at times during the middle of the day on Saturday. The heaviest rain looks to fall along the I-95 corridor and areas east of that.

The accumulating snow came to an end early Saturday morning but the fresh snow is making for a good sledding or skiing holiday weekend.
