City: Roosevelt Boulevard speed cameras to be live by end of year

Philadelphia Parking Authority Executive Director Rich Lazer told WHYY News the public service announcements show the impact of deadly accidents on families in Philadelphia.

Police say one of the SEPTA bus drivers rear-ended the other. Both buses were occupied at the time.

The crash happened in the southbound outer lanes at 7th Street.
