Black Clergy of Philadelphia not satisfied with city’s Rebuild plan progress

The legislation is designed to make it easier for developers to build homes in certain sections of the city.

The African American Chamber of Commerce, Philly's NAACP president and other groups and civic leaders supported the Center City project as an economic win for Black residents.

She will be the 12th president and first African-American woman to serve in the role in the organization’s 65-year history.
