Justice Dept says Tony Luke’s owners hid $8 million from IRS

Four men from Philadelphia have been arrested in New Jersey in connection to what police are calling an organized cargo theft ring.

The parents of Sarah Katz are suing Panera Bread for the death of their daughter late last year.

Prosecutors say the cheesesteak shop owners bilked the IRS out of between $550,000 and $1.5 million.
