Philly police seek public’s help in finding Olney mass shooting suspects

An additional five suspects have been charged with procuring the guns used in the shooting near the Philadelphia Masjid last April.

Authorities say Elliott fired a dozen shots through a bedroom wall, striking O'Connor as he climbed an interior staircase.

Twenty-one shots were fired at the scene. Police say the victim was shot about 10 times.
