Philadelphia area breaks nearly 2-year drought with over 1 inch of snow

The area's first measurable amount of snowfall in nearly two years came earlier this week. Now it's time for round two.

The city said it was focusing on snow emergency routes. They say the goal is not to keep streets clear, but passable.

The Delaware Valley is under a Winter Weather Advisory until either 11 a.m. or 1 p.m. Thursday, depending on the county.
