Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board offering grants of up to $50,000 for campaigns to discourage underage alcohol use

Ready-to-drink cocktails will be sold in grocery stores and gas stations starting Monday, but only before 11 p.m.

Officials said it could take days, or weeks, to secure and repair the stores that are still closed.

"As of today, these products will no longer be sold or procured by the PLCB," said Board Chairman Tim Holden.
