N.J. health care system mandates COVID-19 vaccine for all staff

Demand for COVID-19 vaccines has faded, but local health workers are trying to get more people up-to-date with their immunization.

Citing recent data from the CDC, officials in the Garden State will use all of their outreach strategies to promote boosters.

The order means health care workers who are unvaccinated will have until Jan. 27 to get their first shot and until Feb. 28 for the second.
