FBI, Philly DA’s office announces arrest in terrorism probe

Philly DA Larry Krasner charged former detectives Martin Devlin, Manuel Santiago and Frank Jastrzembski in 2021, days before the statute of limitations was set to expire.

Three more BNG members entered guilty pleas for murders and related offenses, and could be spending much or all of their remaining lives in prison.

Police had previously arrested the alleged leader after he was found in a hotel with the daughter of a murdered Delaware County couple in 2022.
