Police looking for suspect in Southwest Philly stable arson that killed 2 horses

The creation and dissemination of deceptive deepfake media is now a crime punishable by up to five years in prison.

A judge dismissed felony charges against Cpl. Michael Perillo, who in 2021 hit the loose animal multiple times and pinned it to the pavement, where it was then euthanized.

The federal lawsuit is against the Philadelphia Housing Authority and the city's Department of Human Services, as well as various officials of the agencies.
