Longtime school board member killed in West Caln Township, Pa. plane crash

Neighbors say they first noticed the flag along Meng Road about two weeks ago and contacted Lower Frederick Township to see if anything could be done.

Air traffic control audio captured the pilot reporting that the aircraft “has an open door, we need to return for a landing.”
