Rutgers-Camden holds new tradition to welcome students old and new

The Camden native, who led the state-run school district for the last seven years, will transition to a state role.

The school district will host an online workshop to teach families about their rights, as the Trump Administration authorizes immigration enforcement at schools.

Antonio Tillis comes to Rutgers-Camden after years with the University of Houston system. He said he’s excited to continue working with first-generation college students.
