N.J. domestic workers’ bill of rights moves ahead in the Senate despite GOP pushback

There’s already a bill of rights for domestic workers on the books in Philadelphia, but organizers say it’s difficult to enforce it without an anti-retaliation measure.

The action comes ahead of anti-retaliation legislation expected to be introduced by prime sponsor Councilmember Kendra Brooks this term.
