N.J. Gov. Murphy urges lawmakers to pass stricter gun control reform by Jan. 10

Pennsylvania Gun Rights sent a letter to Delco officials in March calling the ordinance a violation of the Constitution and threatening legal action if adopted.

If the ordinance passes, Delaware County would join a growing number of communities in Pennsylvania who have made ghost guns illegal.

Gov. Phil Murphy’s proposed spending includes continued property tax relief and full funding for K–12 education. Concerns about federal funding remain.
