Investigators will test DNA found on a wipe removed from a care home choking victim’s throat

More than a dozen people were shot and two died in a series of violent incidents in Philadelphia this past weekend.

Manuel Santiago and Frank Jastrzembski were found guilty of lying during the 2016 retrial of Anthony Wright. Martin Devlin was acquitted of all charges.

The 46-year-old officer who fired his weapon has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of this ongoing investigation.
