‘Examine your conscience’: Kenney scolds vaccine line-jumpers as city crafts a tech solution

Philadelphia’s second largest mass clinic, in the middle of the city’s most undervaccinated ZIP code, had to reschedule hundreds of Tuesday appointments.

The problem arose after a QR code intended for people at the Convention Center to make their second-dose appointments was shared widely.

Walk-up appointments will be available to Philly residents eligible in Phases 1A and 1B who can show ID or proof of address from 22 ZIP codes.
