Cosby’s appeal to Pa. Supreme Court hinges on inclusion of testimony from other accusers

For Pennsylvania's state Supreme Court, November’s general election will feature three Democrats running to retain their seats, putting Democrats’ 5-2 majority on the line.

The justices ruled 6-0 to uphold the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by the city, family members of gun violence victims and the nonprofit group CeaseFirePA.

The justices said Friday they will take the case that could determine the fate of thousands of votes that may otherwise be canceled in the Nov. 5 election.
