Candidates for Delco Council debate again, making their case to senior voters

If the ordinance passes, Delaware County would join a growing number of communities in Pennsylvania who have made ghost guns illegal.

Democrats won control of Delaware County Council in 2019 for the first time since the Civil War. The GOP is looking to reclaim those seats.

Some mail-in ballots still must be counted. But those votes usually lean Democratic, and unofficial winners have emerged in the County Council race.
