Judge dismisses Trump’s lawsuit, allowing N.Y. probe to go on

TikTok thanked Donald Trump, who on Sunday posted on social media that he planned to sign an executive order Monday to keep a U.S. ban on the app from becoming permanent.

A law firm said Wednesday it filed claims on behalf of more than 60 people. More than 200 people have launched such cases since May.

State lawyers alleged that Trump exaggerated his wealth by as much as $3.6 billion one year.
