13 people killed, 21 wounded in school shooting in Russia

U.S. Marshals arrested a 17-year-old Wednesday linked to two deadly shootings in Philadelphia over the summer.

At least nine other people — eight students and one teacher — were taken to hospitals with injuries.

The shooting is believed to have stemmed from a fight at a large gathering with reportedly more than 100 people.
